Well, That Didn’t Last Long

I wrote in my last post, entitled “The Ships Will Sail Again, and So Will I”, about how I’ve booked a cruise to replace my April cruise which was canceled. Well…after being booked for about 5 days, this one was canceled too. Royal Caribbean has pushed back their return to cruising again until the end of July. Am I going to book another one? Absolutely.

I was booked on Odyssey of the Seas, one of Royal’s new ships currently being made. I canceled this one, since it was only a 4-night cruise, and a class of ship I wasn’t extremely excited for. I’ve also heard that the ship’s delivery may be delivered, so there were more than enough reasons to let that one go. I haven’t been on a vacation since December of 2019, so I am dying to travel and get out of my apartment.

I have my travel agent looking for another cruise for me as we speak, so I’ll update the blog when I have the next one booked. Hopefully that one wouldn’t get canceled, but if it does, I’ll just book another one!
